Electric Mobility Scooter Review Golden Tech Avenger 4

Electric Mobility Scooter Reviews. 3 and 4 wheel. Up to 500 pound capacity. Golden Technologies Avenger 4 Heavy duty 4 wheel Scooter. I’m not a pro, I just want to share so others can see one of these rarely reviewd scooters. These scooters are superb and reviews are few, so I’ll post one about my Avenger. This is a great scooter! It is very HIGH QUALITY. I have owned many scooters and powerchairs. I did a lot of research to find the most reliable low maintence scooter with easy to buy parts, (out of ‘MY’ own pocket), should I need them. And one to handle long drives on hot days here in Escondido, Ca. I drive the heck out of this scootor for long periods. That is what I bought it for. I have a powerchair for short period cool use and travel on busses, trains etc. I get the same 15-18 mile BATTERY range from both my Avenger and my Pride. My Golden Avenger 4 fits into my apartment ELEVATER, goes up and easily drives into my 3rd floor apartment. I also take it grocery shopping up and down normal size isles. In small shops with cramped isles, I drive in and have the clerk fetch what I want. My Golden Technologies Avenger 4 is very rugged, is high quality construction and the design was well thought out. Has a big 4 pole motor. 4 pole motors provide more POWER, RUN COOLER, and HAVE LONGER LIFE than the 2 pole motors found in most other scooters. 2 pole motors are made for intermittent use, not long drives. So with my Golden Avenger 4, I can go out in 100 degre weather without

If you had three hamsters and the following cages, how would you set them up?

I have three Campbell’s Dwarf hamsters. There’s Kate, a very active middle-aged female; Ollie, an active middle-aged male; and Scooter, a moderately active elderly male. All are separated.

Right now I have Ollie and Scooter in Crittertrail setups and Kate is in a large bin cage. This bin is really getting on my nerves. She doesn’t get a whole lot of fresh air, it’s boring for her, and it takes up a TON of room. I’m getting sick of it. I plan on throwing it out in a week or two and purchasing another Crittertrail. All I have to ask is,
If you had the following cages, how would you set them up for the hamsters? Keep in mind – one is elderly and not very active; two are active.

Crittertrail Three
Crittertrail Discovery
Crittertrail Primary
Crittertrail Mini 2
Crittertrail 1 (or maybe the X or Dazzle? Not sure yet.)
I also have a lazy lookout and two snap-on wheels.

I was thinking:
Active female in Crittertrail Discovery & Mini 2 with Snap-on Wheel
Active male in Crittertrail Primary & One with Lookout with Snap-on Wheel (he’s the only hamster that likes to sleep in the lazy lookout)
Elderly male in Crittertrail Three

(The elderly one still gets around just fine, has no trouble moving or climbing tubes or anything. He’s just not as all-over-the-place as the other two are.)

So, tell me your set-up ideas, I’d love to hear some input and maybe change my plans.

What kind of mountain bike to buy for e-bike conversion?

I want to ditch my car and get an electric bike, but not the "scooter" looking things, I just want it to be like a motor on a normal mountain bike.

I do not currently own a bike. What brand/style/weight of mountain bike should I buy to convert to an electric bike? I will most likely get fastest possible motor legally allowed in Ontario.
Interesting answers so far. Maybe I will just get a hybrid bike. The reason I wanted to get an electric conversion kit was because I like the idea of being able to take off the wheel/battery/motor, throw on the old wheel and then use it as a normal bike again. I would only attach the hub motor wheel for longer trips. Can anyone else offer any insight? Thanks for your answers!

Should I buy a scooter or a bike for college?

I’m thinking about getting either a bike or a Cruiser scooter (the ones that are like the razor kick scooters, but with bigger wheels)- NOT MOTOR SCOOTER…I’m talking about the fold up ones . My problem is that I’ll be living a 20 minutes away from my classes and as of right now, I am unsure as to whether to bring a bike to school or a scooter. Here’s what I have thought of so far:

Bike:
Pros= Faster, safer due to bigger wheels (b/c my school has brick paths with lots of bumps), i can add a basket so it’ll make going to the market easier
Cons= Have to pay for registration fee, risk the bike being stolen when in class (even when locked to a bike rack…it’s STOCKTON), its bigger so it’ll be a problem for storage in my mini townhouse

Scooter:
Pros= smaller so storage won’t be a problem, i can bring it into class with me and keep an eye on it (not having to worry about theft issues). i also won’t have to worry about it getting wet during the raining season (I am talking about those small kick scooters that can be folded up and yes my school allows us to bring those into class as long as its folded up).
Cons= Smaller wheels (so not as safe on the brick paths and the bumps may loosen the wheel), not as fast as the bike, may be harder to carry groceries

Which would you choose if you are in my position?

Scooter or Bicycle for College?

I currently own a beach cruiser bicycle and I’m thinking about selling the bicycle for a Cruiser scooter (the ones with the bigger wheels). PS. I bought the bike for a huge discount price, so i can resell

Why isnt there a 4 wheel version of a gas powered scooter (like a Vespa)?

-I know there are electric scooters for old people.
-I am talking about a gas powered 4 wheel scooter that is more like a steet legal scooter.

where can i find parts to my gas mini harley scooter?

i need a rear wheel for my mini harley. dont give me partsforscooter.com. i need a double wheel assembly. if you have one of these and you would like to sell to me privately please let me know.

How do you install a better engine on an electric scooter?

I have a Capri Electric Scooter with a Electric (rear wheel) 550 watt engine. I know I can’t go above 30 mph on these things. But I can barely make it to 30 mph after a full charge going downhill. I was wondering if there was a way to speed up my moped so I can go 30 mph all the time.

And please try to keep your answers as non technical as possible since I do not have much mechanical knowledge.
