Im wondering, do i need a motorcycle license for a moped/ scooter? Also, how much will registration cost for mopeds? How old do you have to be to drive them in Sacramento? Thank You.

Does anyone know a good place to get a good moped scooter somewhere close to Denver? I googled it but some of the places look a little not legitimate. Any help or advice would be appreciated =)

I’ve seen kits online for choppers where you buy the kit and build it yourself. The idea struck me as awesome but I don’t have enough money for a chopper so I was wondering if anyone knew if they made any 150cc or 250cc Moped/Scooter kits out there. I’m not talking about the ones where you attach a motor on a bike, but a kit that lets me build the entire thing from the ground up.

I am wondering if I need a driver’s license to drive a moped/ scooter.

I’m just needing a Moped/Scooter to get back and forth from work. I want a well known brand, but I don’t know anything about them. Can any one give me any pointers on buying them?

p.s. work is only a mile or two from home…. and i only need it one day of the week. I don’t want to walk or bike, so I’m buying a moped/scooter

iight, i have a moped/scooter that goes under 30mph and i would like to know is it ok not to have mirrors in New York State? because its hard to find rear view mirror for a moped/scooter and even under .00, so can someone tell me yes or no. and explain why.

I am thinking about buying a used moped/scooter and I have never owned or driven one before. What do I need to know before a purchase one? I’m looking to buy one to get me back and forth to school and work as I live in a small college town. Do I need special license or insurance?

I have to commute 70 miles one way to college during my 2 years of nursing school. I just can’t afford the gas in my car people! Then on clinicals which is even further away, up to 280 miles round trip, puts a huge strain on my budget. I need something very economical during this nursing school commitment. Which is better to get: A motorcycle or a street legal moped scooter? I don’t know what to get. All your suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Do i need a full lisance or do i have to only be 16 years old and have a learners permit ?

I have been told two different answers about having to register a moped/scooter with Missouri Department of Revenue and wonder what really is the correct answer?

I live in Wash. DC area and go to school about 3 miles away, but the metro does not go there so I am looking into investing in a Moped scooter…
How much do they cost? ( iwant a 50 cc one)
What is the Gas mileage?
Do you need insurance? (if so how much does it cost?)
