But the all-electric Light Cycle modeled after the machines in Tron makes a head-snapping case for whisper-quiet technology. It is the creation of Parker Brothers Choppers out of Texas and Evolve Motorcycles, a made-in-America startup building electric scooters that are actually a zippy good time. Since the latest Lithium ion batteries are so small (thanks, cell phone engineers!), motorcycle designers can go nuts with new concepts and this 000 baby is proof. But the Parker Brothers still love their internal combustion, so we also checked out their grown-up Green Machine, a modern spin on the old Big Wheel rival built around a Harley Davidson engine. BMW will launch the MINI Scooter E Concept as a world premiere at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The two-wheel vehicle, which offers seats for up to two people, is powered by an electric motor integrated in the rear wheel. The motor’s lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any conventional power socket using an on-board charging cable. The cockpit of the MINI Scooter E Concept comprises a Centre Speedo in the circular shape familiar from MINI offering a snap-in adapter for a smartphone, which operates simultaneously as the vehicle key, display and central control element. www.youcarpress.com

I got my sprocket for the mini chopper so i thought i would make a video on how it fits on. This method is from Cchange4us so all credit goes to him.

If you are having trouble with your mini bike/quad whereby its difficult to start, bogging down, cutting out or overflowing then this video could help you get it running sweet. Of course i would check firstly that there is compression, (the pull start should be difficult to pull slowly) and that there is spark. Do that by removing the spark and with it still connected to the HT lead, Place it against the cylinder and pull the starter. You should get a spark arcing across. Carbs are pretty much the most common of all problems on these mini 47 and 49 cc engines and that can be anything from overflowing, which is caused when the float gets stuck in the bottom of the bowl or when the cut of valve gets stuck open too, to cutting out and bogging down, This is usually a blockage of the main jet. It is very important to keep the jet clean and to make sure you can see clearly through it as seen in the video. if you get dirt in here then less fuel is able to get through when on open throttle and the bike is starved, causing it to cut out or loose revs. make sure to get the 2 stroke ratio to fuel right too. A lot of the blockage problems are generally caused by having too much 2 stroke mixed in and it turns gooey after a while.

A few simple and quick ways to make your baja mini bike faster. This would also work with any other 6.5 hp engine that is built the same way

This is a mini bike that I picked from the trash. The turbo came from a 1992 740 Turbo Volvo. This took me about 3 days to make not including the time it took to find the parts.
